Meghan Harford, LICSW
Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
Whether you are coming to therapy for the first time of you have been in therapy for years, my caring, compassionate, down-to-earth approach will put you at ease. I have over 22 years of experience helping children, adolescents, families, and adults overcome life’s challenges and traumas. I have training in a number of different treatment approaches, so I can match my approach to your needs. I help adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression and behavioral issues; those dealing with transitions related to divorce, adoption, or the loss of a loved one; and those bravely overcoming the effects of abuse or neglect. I also work with adults who are looking to change unhealthy patterns; those who are trying to recover from past trauma; or those who are just trying to navigate some current life stressors. I am here to listen and to help.
